Booking terms

• Send your trip details on WhatsApp or call +91 97895 30260: pickup, destination, date, time and the car you prefer.
• We reply with the vehicle and the total fare for that trip.
• The trip is booked only once you accept that fare. An enquiry on its own is not a booking.

• Fares are worked out from our published per-km and per-day rates for the car you choose.
• One-way trips are billed for at least 130 km. Round trips and day rentals are billed for at least 250 km a day.
• Driver bata is added once on a one-way trip and once per day on round trips and day rentals: ₹500 for a sedan, ₹600 for an Ertiga or Innova and ₹700 for an Innova Crysta.
• Tolls, Parking and Interstate permits are charged only when they apply, at the actual amount.
• Where they apply, these are confirmed in your quote: hill-station charge, extra km or hours beyond a package and waiting time and night halts.
• Distances and fares shown on route pages are the lowest possible, from the straight-line distance. Your quote follows the road distance, which is longer.

We do not ask for an advance payment to book a trip.

We offer Sedan (4 + driver), Ertiga (6 + driver), Innova (6 + driver) and Innova Crysta (7 + driver). Specific models vary, and the vehicle for your trip is confirmed when your booking is confirmed.

We take trips between 125 cities and towns across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry. Hourly local packages run only in Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur.

If your pickup or drop-off is outside these places, tell us in your enquiry and we will let you know whether we can take the trip.

You can cancel a booked trip at any time, free of charge. No advance payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.
