Cancelling a trip
You can cancel a booked trip at any time, free of charge. No advance payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or call +91 97895 30260. Please tell us as early as you can, so the car and driver can be released for another trip.
Refunds
We do not ask for an advance payment to book a trip. A cancelled booking therefore leaves no payment to return.
Changing a trip
To change the date, time, car or route of a booked trip, send us the new details the same way. We reply with the vehicle and the fare for the changed trip, and the change applies once you accept it.
